Uwchlan Ambulance Corps believes that it is essential for everyone to know how to do CPR and operate an AED, this is why UAC offers FREE CPR / AED classes to individuals in the community. Our next offering of this course is May 11, 2017, starting at 6 pm.
During the class, students will learn to recognize a cardiac emergency or stroke emergency and provide the proper care. The course follows the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) CPR / AED curriculum and is designed for individuals who do not work in the healthcare field but have a desire to learn CPR. This course is ideal for school bus drivers, child care workers, teachers, parents, babysitters, and anyone else who wants to learn! Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certification card good for 2 years!
We are able to provide these course because of a generous donation from West Pharmaceutical Services.
