Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers follows the American Heart Association (AHA) curriculum and is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
Upon successful course completion, participants will receive 2 year certification through the AHA.
HeartCode AHA Courses: HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the BLS Course. HeartCode blended learning delivers quality resuscitation education regardless of where providers are located and gives them more control to complete the course at their own pace. Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS and then complete a hands-on skills session with an AHA BLS Instructor
Please allow up to two business days to receive an email containing the link to your course.
Upon completion of the online portion of your course, please contact training@station87.com to schedule your skills session.
